Change Lifestyle to get rid of freckles

Here are two ways to get rid of freckles by change your lifestyle

1.Sunlight
Many people develop freckles over time as a result of sun exposure. Some people are born with freckles. If you don't take precautions to keep the sunlight off of your skin, freckles will come to your face every summer. You will find freckles fade during the winter, because the sunlight is not so strong in winter.

When you go out expose to the sun, ensure that you have covered your skin with enough sunscreen. If you are going to swim, you should use more. Freckles can develop anywhere of your body, use a strong sunscreen on the rest of your body.

The better way than using sunscreen is having a layer of clothing over the skin to prevent freckles from forming. Wear light, airy long sleeved shirts and pants, not only keep cool but also protect your skin at the same time during the summer.

2.Vitamin C
Kiwis, spinach, citrus fruits and other leaf grens are all excellent sources of vitamin C which helps to lighten freckles. Ensure that you are getting lots of it in your daily diet.
A Kiwi, a nectarine and a cup of raw spinach should be listed in your blender. Take a burst of vitamin C with a fruit and vegetable  in the morning. You can take pure vitamin C or multivitamin if you couldn't get enough vitamin C supplements.
