What food can cure the freckle


The summer is coming. Many women will worry about light color freckles after skin exposed on sunlight. Besides to prevent the sunlight, drink water and keep normal metabolism, you can eat food which contains rich vitamin to make the skin clean and climb.

Tomato and carrot are very good to the skin and they can do some effect to treat freckle. Tomatoes are rich in carotene, B vitamins and vitamin C which can reduce melanin. Tomatoes also contain lycopene which has anticipative ability can enhance the body's immune function and nourish the skin.

Carrot also rich in carotene which can clear radicals in the body to keep the health of skin. It is rich in vitamin A which can make the skin lubricate and cure freckle.
